Job Description: ByteXplur is seeking a skilled Data Project Manager to lead and manage data projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data management, project management, and Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning and Execution: Develop and oversee project plans, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
• Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Stakeholder Management: Communicate project progress and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks.
• Budget Management: Monitor and manage project budgets.
• Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures for data integrity.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain project documentation and provide regular status reports.
• Agile Practices: Implement Agile methodologies, conduct sprints, and manage backlogs.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related field. PMP or Agile certification is a plus.
• Experience: 5+ years of project management experience, focused on data projects. Proven track record in managing complex data initiatives.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in data management tools (e.g., SQL, data warehousing, ETL processes). Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Jira, Trello).
• Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills.
