Job Description: The ideal candidate will be responsible for growing revenue through digital media by designing and executing targeted marketing campaigns. This role involves developing engaging content, managing social media, conducting audience research, and optimizing campaigns based on performance data. The Digital Marketing Specialist will also play a crucial role in lead generation and brand awareness efforts.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Develop a detailed marketing strategy tailored to ByteXplur’s unique value propositions.
  • Finalize brand voice and key messages for consistency across all platforms.
  • Optimize and update social media profiles on Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
  • Collaborate with the web development team to develop and SEO optimize the company website.
  • Create an initial set of content, including blogs, case studies, and testimonials.
  • Develop engaging, high-converting ads and compelling ad copies.
  • Conduct detailed audience research to identify and target the precise audience for ByteXplur’s services.
  • Expand ByteXplur’s network and reach within the target market on LinkedIn and other platforms.
  • Implement retargeting strategies for potential leads.
  • Set up and monitor conversion tracking to measure campaign success.
  • Regularly review campaign performance and optimize results.
  • Provide comprehensive reports detailing campaign performance and ROI.
  • Schedule posts and engage with followers on Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
  • Monitor social media metrics and adjust strategies weekly.
  • Provide detailed reports on social media performance monthly.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing.
  • Strong Web Analytics skills.
  • Expertise in Lead Generation and Marketing Automation tools.
  • Proven track record of driving marketing campaigns with measurable results.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Experience in the IT or data analytics industry is a plus.
  • Google Analytics and Google Ads certification preferred.
